ABSTRACT Introduction: Tennis is highly technical, and any error in its players’ strength training can exponentially impact the competition. A timely review analysis of tennis biomechanics will help to better understand system reveal basis for future scientific sports strategies. Objective: Analyzes effect different methods design best protocol considering speed success rate. Methods: The on 40 players discussed. volunteers were divided into experimental control group. group performed minutes daily, thrice a week. continued with conventional training. trial lasted eight weeks. rate tested before after experiment. Results: significantly improved serve (P<0.05). was also Conclusion: proposed rates players. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
